Here are our terms and conditions of booking your place on an otm. retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before booking and making payment.

DEFINITIONS

There are two types of cancellations—by the guest or by OTM Retreats.

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled OTM Retreat, whether due to a decision made by you or by OTM Retreats, including for reasons such as travel restrictions or an act of God.

“You” refers to the guest booking an OTM Retreat.

“We” refers to OTM Retreats.

“Retreat” refers to the OTM Retreat.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS

Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy:

- **Cancellations prior to 90 days**: If you cancel your booking more than **90 days** before the retreat start date, your spot can be forfeited at **no additional cost** other than the **non-refundable deposit** of $500.

- **Cancellations between 60–90 days**: If you cancel your booking between **60 and 90 days** prior to the retreat start date, you will be required to pay **20% of the remaining amount** due to the loss of potential income from reserving your spot.

- **Cancellations within 60 days**: No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made within **60 days** of the retreat start date.

OTM is a registered Balinese business.

For peace of mind, the Founder of OTM, Sheridan Hauser, also has a registered business in Australia, ABN: **85886214597**.

Additionally, please ensure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat, as **no exceptions** will be made. Once payment has been made for your OTM retreat, you have agreed to these terms and conditions. As a small boutique business, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

If the final payment is not made within 30 days, OTM reserves the right to re-sell your retreat spot. We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join the retreat, you must have valid travel (health) insurance**. Please ensure that your insurance policy covers all relevant activities you will be engaging in during the retreat.

OTM is not liable for any accident or injury. Guests should complete tasks and activities at their own risk, knowing they are fully insured and responsible in case any accident occurs. With most insurance agencies, insurance must be purchased within 30 days of making your reservation.

RETREAT REQUIREMENTS

- You must meet Bali’s entry requirements at the time of travel.

- You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.

- You must be **18+ years of age**.

- No alcohol will be served during the retreat. But guests are welcome to purchase their own offsite.

- Guests causing a nuisance may be asked to leave the retreat, forfeiting any payments made, with alternative travel arrangements made at their own expense.

TRANSPORTATION AND VISA RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of our guests to arrange their own transportation to and from the retreat. For airport transfers, we have engaged a trusted, family-owned company we have worked with for many years. However, OTM is not liable for any accidents that may occur while in the care of our transport providers. We conduct thorough due diligence and regularly check in with our drivers and attendees to ensure their safe arrival at the villa.

Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the required visa and documents to enter Indonesia.

OTM Retreats holds no responsibility for arranging or facilitating transportation or visa requirements for our guests. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the necessary travel documentation and visa regulations well in advance of your retreat. We will make our best efforts to assist with this process.

Please note, if you fail to take care of your transportation and visa requirements properly, resulting in any complications or inability to attend the retreat, OTM Retreats will not provide refunds or credits for the missed retreat.

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

By attending this retreat, you consent to the possibility of it being filmed for social media and marketing purposes. You understand that photos and videos may be taken during the retreat, and they may be used by OTM Retreats for promotional activities (on Instagram, our website, or TikTok).

By booking your spot for the OTM Retreat, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood them thoroughly before finalizing your reservation.
